The Listening Space is discreet and non-judgmental. It’s a holding space for deep listening and open conversation, where complexity is welcome, including situations that feel delicate, confusing, or difficult to speak about elsewhere.

While I am not a trained psychologist or counsellor, I bring lived experience in corporate leadership, alongside professional training in wellness and energy-based systems. I understand what it’s like to carry responsibility, manage dynamics, protect reputation, and hold many roles at once.

Most sessions are held online via Zoom.

In-person 60-minute sessions can be arranged if you’d feel more supported in a serene, private setting where you can speak freely. The exact address (Dhoby Ghaut area) is shared after booking, and complimentary parking is available.

I book sessions through direct discussion to allow flexibility. From experience, needs don’t always fit neatly into standard hours, especially for international clients or those working office hours. I’ll do my best to accommodate where possible.
