The Listening Space is discreet and non-judgmental. It’s a holding space for open conversation, where complexity is welcome, including situations that feel delicate, confusing, or difficult to speak about elsewhere. As we work together, you may begin to notice:

• Decisions that feel steady and authentically yours.
While I am not a trained psychologist or counsellor, I bring lived experience, previous corporate leadership, and professional training in wellness and energy-based systems. I understand what it’s like to carry responsibility, manage dynamics, protect loved ones, and hold many roles at once.

Most sessions are held online via Zoom.
In-person 60-minute sessions can be arranged if you’d feel more supported in a serene, private setting where you can speak freely. Location is either Cluny Court or Dhoby Ghaut area depending on preferred date and time.
I book sessions through direct discussion to allow flexibility, especially for international clients or those working office hours. I’ll do my best to accommodate where possible.
